I saw my good friends today, astray by the side of the road. One did stare and one did lay, in effigy of empty souls. Bloated animals in the sun, decay on display for everyone! I passed another corpse again, the body count is on our hands. As we march in this blind parade, a stampede of humanity. What if it was your loved ones, would you leave them there, to rot away in the sun? There’s no connection. Are you unaware? There’s no chance for them now. What if it was your brethren, would you leave them there? The pavement’s a shallow grave. There’s no connection. Are you unaware, that we are all one? Bloated animals in the sun, decay on display for everyone!

History passed down to the people. This plan has long been underway. Mysteries locked within the time vault. Prepare the soul for darker days. And all the while you were the powerless, your destiny shows no sign of God. A pleading hope within the emptiness, another pawn under the stars. I will wait no more for life’s embrace. I will wait no more for the wheels to turn. In effect of all that’s changed, reaching out to plant the seeds in depraved gardens. Climbing over the same walls, hoping to gain a better view of the future. A fatalistic fantasy has brought us here to watch the rise and fall of an empire. The outer worlds will fall from grace, in galaxy we trust as slaves. A battle for the human race, barbarians of outer space. A mastermind of the unknown, wading in the ebb and flow in the tides of progress. Out here on the periphery, left alone and cradling synchronicity. Is it machine or alien, that led us down the path to the rise and fall of the empire? The outer worlds will fall from grace, in galaxy we trust as slaves. A battle for the human race, barbarians of outer space.

Gone are the days of peace and love. Gone are the nights when stars filled the sky. Here are the days of looming fears. Here are the nights of blood-soaked tears. Mother, we beg, the wind bears your name. God left us here, to die with our shame. Gone is the way we move through the day. Gone is the thought of life’s soft decay. Here are the times of dark despair. These are the crimes, when no one cares. Mother, we beg, the wind bears your name. God left us here, to die with our shame. Dust flanks the sun, the lights all but gone. Goodbye everyone, our time has come.

Endless Road 04:38
Here I stand on this endless road again. All I see, empty fields around each bend. Road hypnosis, a walking coma-slump. I fell asleep, can’t seem to wake up. When nothing is like it seems, I can’t get out of this backwards dream. Feel the chill in the air, see nothing but there’s others there. Home of the tortured souls, roam along this endless road. But life never goes right, it goes wrong, oh so wrong. I’m enduring my plight, I feel strong and I’ll carry on. Pushing forward, in circles this path leads. Fighting the good fight but I’m almost on my knees. Bruised and broken, I sway and lose faith. Life is a novel and I keep losing my place. My head is spinning round, I start to sink in the ground. Feel the chill in the air, see nothing but there’s others there. Home of the tortured souls, roam along this endless road. But life never goes right, it goes wrong, oh so wrong. I’m enduring my plight, I feel strong and I’ll carry on. This road is never-ending, twisted, forever bending. I look for signs of life along this drive tonight. Feel the chill in the air, see nothing but there’s others there. Home of the tortured souls, roam along this endless road. But life never goes right, it goes wrong, oh so wrong. I’m enduring my plight, I feel strong and I’ll carry on. Never-ending road of darkness. Every time I fall you laugh, I get back up and push you back. You tell me to mind my place, I tell you to watch your space. You’re the one who held me down, you had someone to push around. When the darkness disappears I’m the one left standing here.

I took this path as a circle, a little piece of a lullaby. The radiance of inner turmoil, ingredients of a dying light. I placed the beast and played the clown, wore the mask to fit the task. A circle peg in this square town, force the shape and the edges fray. With this voice of wood and metal, I speak the heart and quell the mind. Take my soul as a vessel, commonality is left behind. Plug it in and turn it loud, calm the brain to keep me sane. Throw my heart into the crowd, sound waves to ease the pain. All these sounds ring out loud. What the world needs now is love, sweet love.

about

The sophomore album of their unique brand of killer psychedelic-progressive rock, monstrous classic stoner & doom metal riffs, and spaced-out melodic rock, takes the band to a new level of focus and intensity for their finest effort yet.

This ain't your dad's studio polished album. This is three dudes who took three years of their own time and money to make this happen. Hope you enjoy.

about

Ideosphere Asbury Park

The concept of Idesophere is to create music focused solely on artistic vision, rather than being preconceived to fit an image, mold, genre, or market. Art for artists sake of expression and contribution to the collective consciousness of ideas, as the band name implies. The fusing of these three musicians invokes a hybrid of progressive rock, stoner metal, space rock, and alternative rock. ... more
